most competitive rates, the most comprehensive array of services and loan options, and an
uncompromising commitment to quality customer service. By partnering with Sallie Mae, we’ve

Sallie Mae’s EmployeesFirst Source For EducationSM program. In fact, on December
1, specialists at LifeCare’s call centers will begin warm-transferring client employees
to Sallie Mae’s loan counselors for assistance with loan financing. (Clients who prefer
not to participate in the program should contact their account managers by November 26.)
In addition to telephonic access, employees with online access to LifeCare
can link conveniently to Sallie Mae’s web site. Sallie Mae’s comprehensive site allows employees
to download online applications for both federal and private loans, receive free information
on scholarships, use loan calculators, learn about tax credits as well as 529 savings plans,
and even access a test preparation tool that helps students prepare for college entrance
exams.
