Each Total Health Solutions Lifestyle Management Program addresses these matters using a scientifically proven model that delivers measurable results.

Total Health Solutions offers online access to seven Lifestyle Management Programs (LMPs). LMPs incorporate a scientific and proven approach called the Transtheoretical Model of behavior Change (TTM) which considers the member's stage of readiness. Each program focuses on a key health issue with a direct correlation to disease risks.

Here are a just a few of the plug-and-play components of the program:

  • Health Assessments — provides a reality check on current health status and shows how work/life challenges can impact overall wellbeing. It includes an overall wellness score, a work/life stress score, a comparison with a past HA (if applicable), an overall Risk Profile, and an individualized report with constructive feedback and encouragement for achieving better health.
  • Biometric Screenings — for an even more accurate assessment of health, you can offer onsite or take-home blood screenings, including include blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar, and body mass index. Screenings help increase awareness of issues that may have gone undetected, and help motivate members to take proactive steps toward better health.
  • Personalized Recommendations — participants receive targeted and tailored program information specific to their needs, recommendations regarding other benefits offered by your company and/or suggested reading materials and tools that they can use to help achieve health and wellness goals.
  • Activity Dashboard — this offers a quick snapshot of program highlights such as a list of LMPs that members have accessed, coach contact information, recently viewed resources, saved articles, messages, and more, in one convenient location.
  • LMP Engagement Meter — track your level of engagement within the specific LMP. It highlights all of the LMP resources and coaching recommendations that are provided to you and indicates whether or not the items were completed.
  • Online Coaching Scheduler — request a call from a coach or schedule a phone meeting if you have questions, or need to discuss issues requiring further input from a coach.
  • Incentives — you can include an incentives program that reward participants for specific accomplishments.
  • Reporting and Measurement — gives you easy access to metrics on population health status, readiness to change, goals achievement, incentive fulfillment, biometric outcomes, participation rate, participant satisfaction, early identification of lifestyle risks.
