Total Health Solutions offers online access to seven
Lifestyle Management Programs (LMPs). LMPs incorporate a scientific
and proven approach called the Transtheoretical Model of behavior
Change (TTM) which considers the member's stage of readiness. Each
program focuses on a key health issue with a direct correlation
to disease risks.

Here are a just a few of the plug-and-play components
of the program:
- Health Assessments
provides a reality check on current health status and shows
how work/life challenges can impact overall wellbeing. It includes
an overall wellness score, a work/life stress score, a comparison
with a past HA (if applicable), an overall Risk Profile, and an
individualized report with constructive feedback and encouragement
for achieving better health.
- Biometric Screenings
for an even more accurate assessment of health, you can
offer onsite or take-home blood screenings, including include
blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar, and body mass index. Screenings
help increase awareness of issues that may have gone undetected,
and help motivate members to take proactive steps toward better
health.
- Personalized Recommendations
participants receive targeted and tailored program information
